The Early Edition Vancouver Park Board Bans Breeding of Dolphins, Whales

Dolphins and whales will stay at the Vancouver Aquarium. After much debate, the Vancouver Park Board voted unanimously to keep cetaceans in captivity at the aquarium, but ordered an end to the breeding of most whales and dolphins. The Early Edition speaks with aquarium CEO John Nightingale on the potential impact of this decision.

The Early Edition Vancouver Debates Whales and Dolphins in Captivity
