News in Review | Current Edition

Give your students the opportunity to explore multiple perspectives on many of today's most important issues. From September to April, four news stories every month are broken down and given context — whether it’s Greta Thunberg and youth climate activism, the dangers of vaping, rampant fake news, or Alberta's energy future.

Each story comes with a teacher guide that provides deeper context on the story, discussion prompts, viewing questions and activities that emphasize collaboration, inquiry-based thinking and connections to real-world problems.
