A group of unidentified masked gunmen attacked an upscale shopping mall in Nairobi, targeting non-Muslims and killing at least 67 people. Over 200 others were wounded in the four-day siege. The attackers are believed to be linked to the Somalia-based Islamist group called al-Shabaab, a banned terrorist group under Canadian law.
