In just 10 years, Gap Adventures, an ecotourism company, has grown from a two person operation to a multi-million business with 70 employees. Until now the owner, Bruce Poon Tip, has operated it like a family business with everyone doing a little bit of everything. But diversification is needed. When Bruce hires the marketing director from Gap's biggest US competitor to give the company an entrepreneurial jolt, a culture clash ensues. Now the staff and the company has to adapt to the new culture and direction.
