Canada's largest city is battling a frightening increase in gun violence. In 2005 there were more deaths by gunfire in Toronto than in any other year. Most of the victims were young black men killed in gang-style shootings. In this News in Review story we'll look at how the killings shocked a city and forced elected officials to take action.
