In today's new economy, where so much is so uncertain, finding and keeping a job seems to be on everyone's mind. How does one survive in this ever-changing climate? We hear from the thinkers and gurus about the changing direction of today's job market. As you will see, education and intelligence are only part of what you need to succeed. You also need attitude and instinct to get ahead. We follow Rose Cox, whose company was hired to sift through 2800 applications and produce those best qualified for 180 positions at a new grocery store. We watch her "weeding" process. A close analogy is drawn between looking for work and selling a product.
