CBC Short Docs Kettle

Kettle revisits the intersection where hundreds of people were held for hours — without charge, surrounded by police in riot gear — during the G20 Summit in Toronto. More than 1,000 people were arrested during the G20 Summit in Toronto in 2010. It was the largest mass arrest in Canadian history. Kettle is a short film that explores our personal notions of freedom and how easily those freedoms can be taken away.
