In October 2017 the #MeToo campaign went viral around the world empowering women to speak up about sexual harassment. But a year on, some are wondering if the movement has lost its momentum. While it seems to be making inroads in North America, it’s faced a serious backlash in France. This is a country that has always been polarized on feminism and sexuality, and it is here where the women remain deeply split on the value of the #MeToo campaign. Margaret Evans takes us to Paris to explore the cultural divide.
