High gasoline prices are not just making a lot of drivers in Canada very unhappy. They are having a dramatic effect on the Canadian economy. In oil rich Alberta they're fuelling an economic boom. But in other parts of the country, high gas prices and a soaring Canadian dollar could trigger a recession.
