Canadian History: A Conversation Perspectives on Canadian History

Canadian History: A Conversation Perspectives on Canadian History

When Canada: The Story of Us first aired on CBC, it sparked important discussion and debate. To accompany the series, this roundtable brings together a group of Canadian history experts to discuss some of the different perspectives on our history — and what that means to our identities as Canadians. Moderated by Mike Finnerty, host of CBC Montreal's Daybreak, the panel includes Brenda Wastasecoot, Centre for Indigenous Studies, University of Toronto; Lise Marie Baudry, Centre francophone de Toronto; Jack Jedwab, Association of Canadian Studies and the Canadian Institution for Identities and Migration; Marcel Martel, Department of History, York University; and Sasha Mullally, Department of History, University of New Brunswick.
