News in Review The Great Oil Pipeline Debate

In late January the U.S. government delayed approval of a pipeline that would transport oil from Alberta to refineries in Texas. The Canadian government responded by saying it would speed up approval of another pipeline that would carry the oil over the Rocky Mountains to British Columbia.
