Lennox Island may be a canary in the coal mine when it comes to climate change. Rising sea levels, storm surges and coastal erosion threaten the very existence of the Mi'kmaq nation that calls the island home. This PEI Indigenous community is working hard to protect their land, homes, cultural artifacts, burial grounds and infrastructure.
