Venture Workplace Stress: The Balancing Act

This program examines how difficult it is to balance work and life in today's workplace. Most people feel their lives are out of control and absenteeism, employee turnover, and rising drug plan costs that are substantially on the rise would bear this out. For 20 years corporations have tried to deal with stress in the workplace through fitness programs and sabbatical leave but what has not been dealt with is the core issue: overwork. Companies are asking people to do more for less. What are the solutions?
